I had a lovely stay at the Otivm Hotel, which is in a fantastic central location perfect for exploring Rome. The customer service was really good, and I particularly appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. However, I found some aspects like the breakfast and room condition a bit underwhelming, especially for the price I paid.
